Description

The purpose of the project is to determine payments of the final Payment by Results (PbR) Peterborough pilot outcome.

It is anticipated that the project will have two main elements, which will be covered over two phases and published in two reports:

• Phase 1: Refinement of the methodology used for cohort 1, leading to the publication of the methodology for cohort 2 and the final combined cohort.

• Phase 2: Construction of the control group(s) and calculation of final outcomes to determine any payments due.
