Description

The Runnymede Borough Council is inviting tender for the design and demolition of two buildings, the first being Ashdene House in Englefield Green and the second a scout hut in Chertsey, both within the Borough of Runnymede.

Ashdene House is a four storey structure and adjacent to a main road and junction, boarded each side by resident and retail premises. Limited height, width and load access exists to the rear, via an adjacent domestic vehicle size private access road, where a right of access exists.

The scout hut is located in a light industrial area and is a typical concrete portal framed building of a main hall space and ancillary rooms, using for a range of community operations
