This is a competitive procurement for the award of a Single Supplier Framework for TfL 930910 Medical Assessment Services, and is to be conducted under the Light Touch Regime of Public Contracts Regulations(PCR) 2015, under Directive 2014/EU in line with the principles of Equality, Fairness and Transparency.
