Description

Leicester City Council requires Buildings Insurance for leasehold ex-Authority properties which is arranged by the Authority and recharged to leaseholders. We plan to enter into a three-year agreement with an insurer (with the possibility of an extension for two further years) to provide a comprehensive package of insurance and claims service to leaseholders.
