Emberton Park Toilet Block Refurbishment
Milton Keynes Council has secured funding for the refurbishment of the male, female and Accessible public toilets located at the rear of Block 2, Emberton Park.
Specific Client objectives are to ensure the replacement of the pitched roof covering:
- conform to Approved Documents A - Q of the Building Regulations;
- are energy efficient by retaining heat and preventing solar gain;
- are safe and easy to clean and maintain;
- are of good quality materials;
- are carried out with regards to the health and safety of contractors, workers and end users of the property; and
- the project is completed on time, within budget and to a high quality;
