Description

NHS England is looking for a service supplier(s) between September 2019 to March 2020 that can work alongside and support the national programme to deliver the following:

1) Identify and co-design the optimum model of care and national vision for neurosurgery across an STP/Neuroscience centre footprint. This should include case studies and examples of good practice.
2) Produce a compelling case for change and future state document
3) Work with 1 'test site' on establishing the new operational arrangements to test out the future vision
4) Host or publish documents on a microsite to ensure accessibility to other stakeholders

While most of the analytical delivery will be outside of the scope, the supplier is asked to provide a proposal for their offer, around areas such as capacity and demand modelling, or development of ROI tools including their methodology and experience in this area, and any outputs that may be required to support implementation. Further to that, the supplier will need to work closely with the programme's in-house analytical leads, where necessary to ensure robust and timely finance, activity and impact modelling to support commissioning decisions.
