Description
Provision of condition surveys for Central Bedfordshire Council Assets .
Condition surveys will be undertaken to provide a systematic, uniform, and objective basis for obtaining detailed information on the state of Council's real estate and current and future maintenance needs.
The surveys will involve on site examination of the constituent parts or elements of all buildings regardless of maintenance responsibilities.
The Council requires Condition Surveys for all the buildings that form the indicative programmes for the corporate portfolios and will assess all main elements of the building.
The Surveyor shall provide all necessary expertise, staff/labour, materials, equipment, and resources for the undertaken the specialist surveying activities in accordance will the applicable regulations.
