The primary objective of this contract is to support the Council in delivering responsive repair services including but not limited to carpentry, brickwork, general building, door replacement, painting and decorating, electrical and many others for its residential housing stock, providing the necessary flexibility to manage this critical function effectively. Specifically, the contract will ensure the timely and efficient delivery of repairs for residents, guaranteeing that all works are completed to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service throughout.
