Description

The Isle of Wight Council (\"the authority\") invites tenders from suitably qualified providers (\"tenderers\") for the internal alteration and refurbishment works at Medina House Annexe, Green St, Newport, Isle of Wight, PO30 2AN. Work is expected to start on site on 03 July 2017 for a period of 8 weeks to 25 August 2017.

The proposed works comprises minor alterations, new WC facilities and refurbishment and redecoration. Bidders should note that a visit from prospective parents will take place on 19 July 2017 which the winning contractor will need to accommodate.
