Description

re-roofing of Terrace Royal which is a Grade II listed
building situated within Nottingham City Centre and forms part of the main university
campus. As the building holds listed status, all works must be sympathetic to its
historical value and appearance, with close liaison required with the local authority
conservation officer. Certain material samples will need to be provided for approval by
the conservation officer before their use on the building.
