Description

The Council intends to appoint an external architect to peer review the existing design (with the understanding that it is not in its finished state) of an SEN school (PMLD) in order to provide advice on the applicability of Passivhaus principles, whether modern construction methods are relevant to the build, and whether any changes to the plan could improve the value available through the building of houses on adjacent land, as well as any other considerations in terms of best fit with the school's requirements.
