Description

As part of an on-going asset management strategy there is a requirement to carry out an Ecology survey on the 1.7Ha Surrey County Council owned site at Hays Bridge Business Centre, Brick Land, Godstone RH9 8JW.

The site contains 6 single storey buildings 5 of which sit on an upper level and one on a slightly lower level with a grass area separation the two. The site has two entry points and has hedging around the perimeter. It is in the Green Belt.

A Preliminary Ecological Appraisals is required to evaluate the ecological features of the site, an assessment of notable species and habitats, the identification of potential constraints and recommendations for appropriate mitigation strategies.
