Description
Leicestershire County Council (LCC) and Nottingham City Council (NCC) formed East Midlands Shared Services (EMSS) as a partnership in 2010 to deliver HR, payroll and finance transactional shared services. EMSS is now looking to replace its ticketing system that is used for Customer Service Enquiries/Help Desk function.
