The service comprises a range of business advisory and grant awarding services to growth SMEs. Working with a number of partners across the sub-region, Blue Orchid wishes to procure the following services as 3 Lots:
• LOT 1 - Provision of VOIP telephone system
• LOT 2 - Provision of mobile telephones
• LOT 3 - Provision of ICT Support Services
Please note: Applicants may tender for any or all of the LOTs.
Please note: Blue Orchid has not yet been awarded ERDF funds and there is therefore no guarantee that there will be an award of a contract, as this service is dependent on securing ERDF funding. Please note, therefore that response to this submission is at the sole cost of the supplier.

Q&A
VoIP Telephony
Is it possible to provide the address or a phone number of the premises? I need to ensure that the broadband bandwidth available can offer the business 10 x consecutive calls without reducing call quality.
The service will locate to new premises in Cheshire at Gadbrook Park
Do you want to use a single broadband for both internet usage and call traffic?
We would wish the solution that ensures the highest possible quality in terms of (uptime and redundancy), but leave the final recommendation to the bidder.
How many hunt groups do you require?
We would require the service to be able to "fall over" to two other departments
There is no mention of voicemails for each user or for the hunt groups, is there a requirement for a voicemail service?
We see voicemail, as an addition but not an essential
What will happen to the call out of hours will they need transferring to an external number or would you prefer an out of hours message?
We would transfer to a recorded message
Does the site have cat5 cabling installed for each desk phone location?
We will ensure the site is fully cabled for installation beforehand
Is there a cabinet installed at the site with any free space to house additional equipment?
There will be rack space for housing of the equipment
Mobiles
IS there any preference to the mobile network you prefer?

How much mobile data is required for each user?
We would require staff to be able to access emails and attachments, but use would not be abnormally high
Would you prefer 3G or 4G data?

Is there any preference to the mobile phone device that is required that will be using an Android operating system?

Will you require new mobile numbers for all 10 devices or will you be porting over existing numbers from a UK mobile network?
We can accommodate either new numbers or port. We have no preference either way
