Description

The project will be made up of eight parts.
1) A review of the current role and structure of POs;
2) A review of how POs have implemented the requirements of the CMO regulation;
3) A review of POs' quota management responsibilities
4) An assessment of POs position in the market and the supply chain;
5) Identification of support PO members receive;
6) An assessment of POs' funding;
7) A review of how POs or similar bodies are structured and operate in other EU and non-EU countries;
8) An assessment of potential for improvements in operations and new responsibilities.
