Description
Hackney Council wishes to commission consultants to produce a feasibility study to inform investment into the rapid expansion of electric vehicle charging infrastructure in the borough. The overarching purpose of the study is to answer the question, "What are the right number and type of EVCPs for Hackney?" to achieve both the reduction in motor vehicle ownership and a switch to electric vehicles, and to provide evidence and insight for use in a business case for funding to maximise their impact on transitioning to an ultra low emission transport network.
