Description
The purpose of this tender is to seek bids for a replacement EPOS solution that will operate in the defined sites for Wakefield Council.
The solution will comprise of all the point-of-sale hardware including tills, chip & pin readers, receipt printers and all necessary underpinning software to control the EPOS system and provide sales recording, reporting, analysis and related administration. Only new equipment will be acceptable. Discontinued, refurbished or demo equipment is not acceptable.
It is anticipated that this project will be delivered in one phase.
As the successful Provider will be providing ongoing support / maintenance for the equipment, the initial contract duration will be 3 years with with the option to extend for a further 2 x 2 years.
This is a below threshold open market procurement.
