Description

WCHG have a requirement for a RICS Valuer panel. The panel will be comprised of 2 to 4 Valuers per Lot. The contract will be split into two lots, which can be applied to in isolation or in unison. This accommodates for the valuation and reporting for new build schemes. As well as our Buyback programme and Right to Buy / Acquire properties.
