Description

Stoke on Trent City Council has secured Sustainable Warmth Competition, LAD3 funding from BEIS to improve the energy efficiency of circa 117 privately owned domestic properties by the end of March 2023, and have appointed a Contractor to carry out a programme of whole-house retrofits using a fabric first approach to install energy efficiency measures (excluding fossil fuels) to improve the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) of a number of domestic properties located within the city.
