Description
Stevenage Borough Council are currently seeking tenders for the provision of a tenant & leaseholder contents insurance scheme. The scheme is to be administered entirely by the provider. Stevenage has approximately 8200 housing stock and 1390 leasehold properties and there are approximately 694 'live' contents insurance policies in place on the current scheme. As the scheme will supersede an existing scheme which expires 31st March 2017 there will be an element of implementation, which will need to be undertaken by the provider prior to the start of the new contract. The contract is for a period of 3 years commencing on 1st April 2017 and expiring on 31st March 2020 with the potential for a one year extension taking the contract to 31st March 2021.
