UK Shared Business Services Ltd on behalf of the Contracting Authority is putting in place a contract for Reception Services at UK Astronomy Technology Centre, The Royal Observatory Edinburgh. The primary aim of Reception is to provide a professional first point of contact service. The scope includes a fully manned reception desk during the specified hours, telephony services, switchboard, meeting room booking and management, visitor handling, monitoring the access control of escorted visitors, postal receipt, despatch and courier service as well as general safety & security and contractor signing in/out.
