Description

Peabody Trust ("Peabody") is seeking to appoint a single provider to create a small scale but dynamic festival that will encourage the exploration of Thamesmead's natural spaces through a series of artistic light installations in different locations. Three Rivers is seeking an experienced evaluation partner to develop and deliver an evaluation framework to measure the impact of our programme over 3 years.

Introduction

Three Rivers is Bexley's Creative People and Places programme funded by Arts Council England. It is an ambitious programme with a longer term 10 year mission; to instigate a community led step change in how arts and culture is made and how it is experienced in Bexley.
