Description
The project will primarily comprise the refurbishment of existing heating, hot & cold water services throughout the School together with the replacement of all main plant/equipment including remedial to works to existing header arrangements, pipework, valves and controls. The project shall be supplied, delivered, installed, tested and commissioned by specialist mechanical building services contractor, being a member of the HVCA & OFTEC and with any associated electrical services being undertaken either by suitably qualified in house electricians or by a specialist NICEIC registered electrical services sub-contractor.
