Description

The supply, delivery and erection of a new covered muck store building, concrete yard and 6m of wall at Widdy Bank Farm.

The building is located on an existing uncovered manure storage site adjacent to an existing timber framed tin clad barn/cattle housing at Widdy Bank Farm, Langdon Beck, Forest-in-Teesdale, Barnard Castle.

Required to:

Demolish existing walls and concrete pad as needed to create new foundations and suitable compacted sub base for yard. Care to be taken not to damage any water supply or drains which will need to be identified by contractor. Arising may be broken up and stored on site or stone used again.

Supply and erect steel framed agricultural building approximately 14m x 7m - on appropriate foundations. Eaves height to be 3.0 m and an apex height of around 4m with c.15 degree pitch. The steel frame to be primed and painted with a matt finish.
