Supply (fitting additional option for some lots) of building materials, including supply of plumbing and heating materials, timber, electrical cables and equipment, doors, paint fencing, bathrooms and kitchens.
Lot 1: General Building Materials - Bricks, sand, cement, tiles etc
Lot 2: Plumbing Equipment, Bathrooms & Sanitaryware - showers, screens, baths, basins, cubicles gas, pipes,radiators, boilers etc.
Lot 3: Kitchens - units, sinks and taps
Lot 4: Electrical - Fittings, cables
Lot 5: Painting & Decorating - Paint and Decorators materials
Lot 6: Fencing - Fencing Wooden posts and gravel boards and Metal fencing for supply and/or installation
Lot 7: Decorating Cards (Social Housing) - Decorating Cards (Social Housing) for store cards typically for decorators items
Lot 8: One Stop Shop (Total Building Supplies) - One Stop Shop for customers to purchase products from multiple lots.
As a Central Purchasing Body as defined by the EU Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU, the Framework Agreement is open for use by Public Bodies (defined https://www.espo.org/ESPO/media/Documents/FAQs/ESPO-s_powers_to_trade__website_-2016-12-22.pdf) that also fall into one of the following classifications of user throughout all administrative regions of the UK: Local Authorities; Educational Establishments (including Academies); Central Government Departments and Agencies; Police, Fire & Rescue and Coastguard Emergency Services; NHS and HSC Bodies, including Ambulance Services; Registered Charities; Registered Social Landlords; or any public body established by or under the Scotland Act 1998 or any Act of the Scottish Parliament. The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 12 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period.
