Description

MWDA are looking for an organisation/individual who will be able to effectively manage external services and suppliers throughout all aspects of the campaign and display strong overall project management. Understanding MWDA's requirements as outlined in the tender, as well as its portfolio of brands and campaign delivery throughout the Liverpool City Region will be vital.
MWDA require open and transparent approach to costings, and need to ensure our coverage is cost effective in relation to the budgets outlined in the document. This will be displayed by producing a timetabled and costed schedule that reflects the requirements of the brief.
As this campaign will be launching to coincide with WRAP's national Recycle Week, MWDA are looking for an organisation who can coordinate activity with regional and national platforms to create added value and reach a wide variety of demographics throughout the Liverpool City Region. MWDA will consider suggestions that will improve the overall successful delivery of the campaign. In addition, the ability to demonstrate and detail experience of working with the public sector/local government is desirable.
Following the end of the campaign, the organisation/individual should report results on the campaign, including analysis and evaluation including ROI, direct to MWDA.
