Description

The FCO is seeking to procure the provision of security services in Afghanistan to ensure the safety and security of HMG and other personnel who come under FCO duty of care in-country. Services provided may include, but are not limited to: static guarding, mobile operations, quick reaction force, operational control, technical support, operational support and management services. We seek an experienced, capable and professional supplier to support the FCO in delivering its duty of care in a complex environment. All Selection Questionnaire (SQ) documentation is expected to be published in late August, and all substantive communication between the Authority and bidders will be conducted via the FCO's e-Procurement portal (https://fco.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html). The SQ deadline is planned to be 23rd September 2019, however the Authority retains the right to vary the scheduled timeline. Responses not submitted via the e-Procurement portal will not be considered.

The FCO will be holding a Supplier Day between 09:45 - 13:00 on the 21st August 2019 in London. There will be a limited number of spaces available due to meeting room capacity, therefore only 1 or 2 representatives from each supplier may be allowed (depending upon level of interest). Please contact ahmed.elgen@fco.gov.uk to register your interest in attending.
