Description
ASRA the construction delivery subsidiary company of Paragon ASRA Housing Limited is approaching the market with an opportunity to re-develop a site located on Westmead Road, Sutton. The Project aims to deliver a 4-storey (ground floor to third floor) development consisting of 35 apartments. The Client aims to regenerate the site to provide a pleasant living environment for both new and existing residents.
The Project has achieved planning permission and aims to deliver 35 units of which 15 are one-bedroom, 15 are two-bedroom, and 5 are three-bedroom units. The scheme consists of 1 block with associated services, landscaping, cycle storage and car parking areas. The Project will deliver a play space as well as planting and hard landscaping.
The anticipated value of the Project is approximately £5,500,000 ex VAT. Applicants should note that this sum is indicative only and are not to be read as a fixed or final cost.
