Description
Progress Housing Group (PHG) are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete the development of a two-storey supported living facility on a brown field site in Nottingham. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the scheme intends to provide;
• Two ground floor cluster units comprised of four bedrooms each;
• Four first floor self-contained flats;
• Overnight accommodation for staff with associated office and welfare space;
• Parking for circa 14 vehicles and external hardstandings and landscaped areas.
The site is located on Briarbank Avenue, Carlton Nottingham, NG3 6JU and will be let under a JCT Design and Build Contract 2016 Edition.
