Supply and Maintenance of a Case Management System
Minimum Requirements for participation in this Contract:

Financial Stability The estimated overall value of this contract is 120,000 pounds
Initial one off Outright Purchase of the System approx. 60,000 pounds
Anticipated 5 years Maintenance and Support approx. 12,000 pounds pa

The estimated annual value of the contract is 24,000 pounds and should not exceed 50 per cent of the annual turnover of the potential bidder.
Insurance Required -
Public liability insurance with a limit of cover of no less than 5 million pounds in relation to any claim or connected series of claims

Employers liability insurance with a limit of indemnity of not less than 5 million pounds in relation to any claim or connected series of claims; and

Product liability insurance with a limit of indemnity not less than 5 million pounds in relation to any claim or connected series of claims
