Description
High Peak Borough Council (HPBC) and Staffordshire Moorlands District Council (SMDC) wish to appoint a suitably experienced and competent supplier through a competitive tender exercise for the production of Elections Stationery. This will include the design, proofing, preparation, printing fulfilment and delivery of Postal Voting Packs, Poll Cards and Ballot Papers for all Elections and By-elections held in 2016.
