Description

The level of works; it is our intention to create a new boiler plant room to replace the existing which is on part of the site due to be disposed of by Norwich City Council.

The scheme is currently providing heating and hot water to 102 properties within the Mary Chapman Court / Barnard's Yard housing scheme. The new plant room will supply both heating and hot water to 87 properties.
