Description
The BBC is seeking to award a contract from the provision of Disability Access Services (DAS) for colleagues based in the UK, on UK contracts, (including those on short term international assignments). This service will include recruitment support, for job applicants (from interview stage), conducting timely and effective Access Assessments, providing Access Reports, supporting funding applications and implementing reasonable adjustments.
The contract is to appoint a provider who will provide a full end-to-end case management service, through which the needs of each disabled & neurodivergent individual will be managed seamlessly from assessment through to ensuring the adjustments necessary in their workplace are identified and implemented.
