This Prior Information Notice is not a call for competition but is an early market engagement exercise to enable Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC) to engage with suppliers to better understand the market and explore the potential for a Musical Instrument and Associated Accessories framework to service the needs of CPC Members and the wider Public Sector as a whole. The CPC wishes to go to market for a Musical Instrument and Associated Accessories framework and to this end, CPC would like to invite suppliers to engage with CPC, through its procurement partners NPG Limited, to discuss the nature of the forthcoming framework, its' design, specification and constructs. This notice is seeking suppliers who my wish to engage with us in this regard.

The CPC is a public sector buying organisation owned by the further education sector, with membership consisting of further education colleges, schools, academies, universities and other establishments providing education services. Membership is currently in the region of 5000 members and is growing daily. The CPC exists to provide its membership with best value supply solutions across approximately 60 supply/service specific frameworks. The CPC wishes to go to market for a Musical Instruments and Associated Accessories Framework. To this end, CPC would like to invite suppliers to engage with CPC, through its procurement partners NPG Limited, to discuss the nature of the forthcoming framework, its' design, specification and constructs. This Early Market Engagement is a valuable opportunity for suppliers to find out more about CPC and the needs of its membership, whilst inputting into the design and specification of this important and much anticipated framework. The CPC is seeking to engage with organisations to understand the market and thus deliver a successful framework for CPC Members and the wider public sector as a whole and therefore suppliers wishing to engage with CPC should email its' procurement partner NPG Limited at info@npg-ltd.com detailing your company name, the name of the person wishing to engage on behalf of your company and their contact details. The supplier discussions will be used to help shape the framework requirements. Suppliers should note that the early market engagement exercise will close on 26th January 2018, with all inputs having been received by this date
