Description

NHS South of England Procurement Services (SoEPS), acting on behalf of Health Education England (HEE - the Commissioner) are commencing a tender for the provision of a Widening participation - Strategy Evaluation 2018/19.

HEE are seeking suitably qualified bidders to tender to deliver an evaluation of HEE's WP strategy implementation so far and to address whether or not the current strategy remains fit for purpose. The evaluation should propose a clear set of recommendations to support future strategy development that will ensure alignment with current and future requirements as laid out in the Department of Health's mandate to HEE and the government's continued commitment to social mobility following the recent State of the Nation 2017 (Social Mobility Commission, Nov 2017) and as set out in the NHS Five Year Forward View as referred to on NHS England's website.

HEE are looking for proposals that demonstrate experience in analysing and evaluating strategy in line with government agenda and suggest ways to set clear recommendations that will identify gaps from analysis and that will enhance and re-align strategy with current and future trends in support of HEEs widening participation agenda.

The successful applicant will be paid a maximum of £60,000, inclusive of VAT.

Please access the ITT procurement documents for further information. Bidders are invited to access the procurement documentation at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/soepscommissioning.
