Description

GC Business Growth Hub wishes to appoint an external provider to work with us to develop and implement an evaluation of the GM Business Productivity and Inclusive Growth programme and to appoint Service Providers to enter into a Framework Contract for the delivery of any further Evaluation Services that may be required during the period of this Contract by any of the Organisation's owned by the Growth Company.

The Contract for the Evaluation of the GM Business Productivity and Inclusive Growth programme will be awarded to the highest-ranking bidder. Also, the winning bidder and no more than the next three highest ranked bidders will be appointed to the Framework.

The requirements of the Evaluation of the GM Business Productivity and Inclusive Growth programme are as follows:-

1) The production of interim and final evaluation reports (8 reports in total.) The final evaluation reports for the Start-up Support and The Business Growth Programme modules should also meet MHCLG's requirements for Summative Assessment of ERDF projects.

2) The production of a further cross-cutting report that looks at the collective contribution that all modules have made to the programme objectives set out in the Business Case, including the cross-cutting themes of place and sectors.
