Description

High Peak Borough Council are inviting tenders for a minor works contract to complete structural repairs and associated works at a Council Property at Belgrade Avenue High Peak.

The work will comprise of underpinning (subject to exploratory surveys), Internal re-plastering and remedial works. External removal of render to property, investigation and make good. The work will also include ground works to garden, internal flooring and window / door replacement to some areas.
