CRS Withernsea - Proposed New Garage Structural engineer design for the foundations and floor slab; Ground investigations to assess the ground conditions to inform the foundation design; Completion of a Schedule of Works document, tender issue drawings and contract documents; Liaison with the local authority and submitting of a building regulations application; Receiving and commenting on tender queries; Completion of a tender analysis report.
