Quotation for Change Management Training
2 - As part of a new initiative to support and manage 'Change' on a widespread scale throughout our organisation, Sandwell Council is forming a Change Academy.
As part of the Change Academy project, we have chosen to facilitate training interventions around Change Management, both foundation and practitioner level. This training will be required to prepare managers, to have the ability to advance their effective leadership styles adopting practices to manage and coach their employees undergoing change.
Essentially the council would like to appoint an approved provider to deliver Change Management at both foundation and practitioner levels.
It is anticipated the provider will deliver a tailored programme for managers of Sandwell Council. Over the duration of 18 months.
It is expected that the programme links to the council's strategy to support its employees through elements of change both from an organisational and individual perspective.
