Description

Staffordshire University is to put in place a contract for the provision of two interim evaluations and one final evaluation of the ERDF funded biSU Project and invites tenders from suppliers.

The contract period will be for 3 years, from commencement on 17th July 2019 and concluding upon completion of the final evaluation, due in December 2021.

This opportunity is advertised through Contracts Finder in line with Government policy to encourage public sector expenditure with SMEs.

Be Inspired Staffordshire University (biSU) is a project aimed at supporting current Students, Graduates or associates of the University who want to start their own business. This £1M project begins in June 2019 and will continue until December 2021. The project is part funded by European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and University Higher Education Innovation Fund (HEIF) allocations.

biSU supports individuals in starting their own business (or self-employment) with modest funding, training and business mentoring. The project runs for three years and it is conditional upon the grant that the University undertakes a thorough Annual Review. We are now seeking the appointment of a suitable partner able to provide such a review and be able to report on the findings.
