Description

This document sets out the statement of requirements for the an external recognition / external assurance from an Awarding Organisation for an internal training / development pathway / programme for the Royal Berkshire Fire Authority (RBFA) ('The Authority').
Staff members at all different levels of the Authority need to complete various programmes / courses in order to undertake their roles, work towards completion of personal development plans and achieve competency.
