The contractor will offer advice on investment trends, developments and opportunities consistent with the Council's chosen strategy. These should include:\r

• Monthly reports illustrating that the consultancy have monitored and analysed our\r
portfolio.\r
• Priorities being security, followed by liquidity, followed by yield.\r

The contractor will take into consideration the latest economic and financial environment which may impact on the Council's borrowing and investment strategies.
