Description

The establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) to allow for
the purchase and stockpile of antidotes
and antibiotics for the use in the event
of an emergency.
The dynamic purchasing system (DPS)
shall be valid for up to a period of 10
years resulting with a number specific call-off contracts being awarded as appropriate.
To create the DPS the first round of expression of interest/SQ submissions shall be open for a period of 30 days, thereafter SQ submissions can be submitted at any time over the life of the DPS arrangement.
