Description

The task aims to provide an evidence base for the existing operation of the A19 south of Doxford Park (which has not previously been studied in depth) and to develop options to mitigate existing and future congestion and safety related problems identified. Options will be developed to a sufficient level of detail to provide confidence in the cost of the schemes for future funding bids and will be in line with Highways England's Project Control Framework (PCF) process.
