Description

Portsmouth City Council invites Public Relation agencies to submit proposals for a disruptive PR campaign that will stimulate national interest about the newly transformed D-Day Museum to the D-Day Story in order to create awareness and encourage consumers to visit it. The campaign will supplement, and run alongside, an 'out of home' and local radio advertising campaign in order to increase the weight of these campaigns and extend their reach.

This campaign has been made possible by an award from the Heritage Lottery Fund and therefore it is key these monies are spent to maximum effect and return on marketing investment can be provided to Portsmouth City Council and the Heritage Lottery Fund post-campaign.

This is a one-off project that is expected to cover a minimum period of 6 months with the PR campaign likely to be delivered in June 2018. The budget for this project is £65,000 - £70,000. The Supplier must have a proven track record of creating and managing disruptive PR campaigns with a demonstrable return on investment.
