Description

Nottingham City Council is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified entities for the provision of Planned Maintenance and Remedial Works, Reactive Maintenance and Delivery of Minor Works for a significant number of Automatic HVAC Controls & Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) a Building Management System.
This service shall encompass all day-to-day repairs and servicing, inspections and testing of properties, as detailed within the tender documentation pack.
