Fearon Hall consists of an area of 1276m2 with a small car park adjacent to the front entrance.

The Toilets and kitchen require a complete refurbishment (although certain fittings and work in respect of the latter will be completed by the resident community association).

The Edwardian building is of a rectangular footprint and was constructed in the early 1900s and consists of a double storey brick building of solid wall construction with piers supporting Gambrel trusses forming a pitched roof with Swithland slate covering.

The building has suffered from neglect over a period of many years. It is intended to refurbish the Hall.

Tender for all works included in the specification.
The last date for request of documents is the 8/5/17, with tenders being returned on the 11/5/17 at 12Noon.
