Description

The Contract will comprise of planned/programme servicing and maintenance
work, repairs of the heating Air conditioning, ventilation and water systems on
each site to ensure operational reliability. This will either be on a routine or call-out
basis. Contractors will be required to provide a Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm for
service and a 24hr 365 days per annum call out facility for urgent repairs.
