Description

To provide Travel Assistance to eligible 15-29 year olds who are not in employment, education or training (NEET).
Travel Assistance can be provided in a variety of ways depending on participants needs but can include:
o provision of a travel passes to enable use of public transport i.e. bus, train or tram service for independent travel
o Support package to remove any transport barriers and build confidence in using public transport to access employment and training opportunities.
o Journey planning advice and guidance on walking, cycling or public transport options which is aimed at ensuring participants have the skills to make journeys safely, successfully and confidently.
o travel in a taxi or private hire vehicle where applicable
