Description

Worcestershire County Council undertook a number of schemes to address identified transport issues along the A4440 corridor, extending through south Worcester, as part of the A4440 Worcester Southern Link Road (SLR) Phase 4 scheme project. Automatic Traffic Counts (ATC), Manual Classified Turning Counts (MCTC) with queue surveys and journey time data are required in a series of locations to gather data for input to the scheme monitoring and evaluation plan.
The purpose of commissioning these surveys is to gather Baseline traffic data at series of ATC sites at the Junction 6 and 7 of the M5 and on the approaches to the junctions and roundabout along the SLR corridor. In addition, there is a requirement of MCTC data surveys at Ketch and Powick roundabouts.

The surveys are to be conducted in November 2021.
